Ignore the most recent 1-star. They don't know the different a regular vet and an emergency hospital and blamed All Star for their ignorance. Now on to my review: They're great. Their prices are phenomenal, their availability is phenomenal, and their vet is great with my cats. No upselling or hard pushes on additional services, they care about your pets wellbeing and are not out for profiteering. Nothing but great things.
So greatful we found this office. Everyone is so kind, compassionate and caring & are literally interested in the BEST for your fur babies. Our previous vet would push allergy shot, steroid's, and anti fungal stuff if/we my boy had a bad allergy flare up. But the vets here don't want to add all that unnecessary stuff if it's not needed, specially because my old man is 10. This whole time just an allergy shot would work amazing. He also ended up and a hematoma that the emergency vet scared me into thinking he needed an $1800 surgery, but thankfully we didn't do it and got him into his vet because he didn't need the surgery. Both my boys have had surgery, one a dental cleaning & removing of some things growing on his gums, and a neuter for the baby and both have gone great. They call to check in and the babies the day after surgery and even checked in on the hematoma a day later. So grateful we found this place, they are truly all about the health and safety of the animals and not out for money (which is very hard to come by these days)
I can't say enough about this clinic! From the front desk clerks to the veterinarians, they are all welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this clinic! You won't be disappointed!
