This is an average salon with average prices. I received a pedicure and it was ok. Not very good, just ok. Which is fine, since it was a basic pedi. The tech was not rude, she was just not friendly at all. You walk in and no one greets/welcomes you. The place was practically empty when I popped in. Other than lack of customer service, no real complaints- it just isn't very welcoming. The prices are consistent with their service.

My daughter who is 13 years of age, when my wife goes in for appoint she's tended to which is usually with my daughter. My daughter goes in with an appointment and gets by passed waits 20+ minutes and then decided to walk out. I feel they looked at her as a child, just didn't treat her with customer service. Not acceptable. Won't be going back there again.

Been going there for a few years, never felt overly welcomed but was satisfied with the service and their prices. However recently I found my technician ( don't know her name)rude and she yelled at me when I asked for clarification on the price for a mani/ pedi for my daughter and a pedicure for myself. I mean she yelled. There are nail salons on every corner, I'm gonna look elsewhere moving forward.
