We recently utilized Surprise Funeral Care for my father after he passed away. In spite of our sadness and hurting we had a wonderful experience working with them. The Funeral Director, Ned, was so empathetic, kind, and patient with us. We met with him for two hours to find out about the process of cremation and choose how we wanted to proceed with options for end of life services. We would highly recommend them!!

As my heart is broken I want to thank the two fine young gentlemen that came to our home the evening my life would never be the same. The passing of my husband was so hard and the respect and kindness was truly appreciated and honored with my final time together. Marty couldn’t had been more gracious, caring and kind.
