Chelsea and Donna were amazing. They made the very difficult task of arranging our brothers military service seamless and effortless. There was no request to big or small and if they could accommodate, which they always did; they made it easy. I never felt uncomfortable requesting anything or calling just to confirm something. They always greeted me graciously and with love. I can truly say that we felt loved by these ladies as we made arrangements. They made the most tragic moment of our lives more bearable. Tom was very knowledgeable in all aspects of arranging final bequests. He made it easy for us to understand, feel like listened to knowing we both have different views of how we want last wishes to be done.
