First time visiting this office and I will definitely be back. Office staff were very professional and helpful. My hygienist and dentist were both amazing. Parking can get hectic, but that is out of their control.
I’ve been going here for care after not having a dentist for years. Everyone has been so kind and supportive! Dr. Bhatt has a great bedside manner and is super sweet. The dental hygienists are also super nice and always make sure that I know what is going to be happening that day and answer all my questions. Finally, Sarah at the front desk is always friendly and helpful with any payment questions I have. Overall an excellent dental experience and I am happy I have been coming here.
I had to have 2 molars surgically removed and it went flawless. The Dr was amazing and explained the procedure as she was going. I get a little anxious at the dentist and by her explaining to me what was happening next it calmed my nerves. I highly recommend Surprise Family Dentistry!
