From the sales Representative Dennis to Customer Service ( Josie and Richard the owner) to Isaac the installer, it was a pleasant experience. The Crimsafe security door was installed without issue and is great quality. It is not only a very secure door but a beautiful product. I'm have been so impressed with this company so far that I had no choice but to give them a 5 star review.

We had our security door installed today by Buzz at Steel Shield. He was prompt and so nice. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He made sure to put our floor mats back. We are satisfied with the beautiful door and the customer service and experience we received today from Steel Shield. Thanks ?

We are very pleased with Steel Shield Security Doors. The product is beautiful and exceeded our expectations.The factory representative, Dennis Schleu answered all our questions, gave us information that helped with making the right choice for our needs, and offered good suggestions concerning style and color. He is the kind of representative that creates return customers.The gentleman who installed our door is Miguel. We could not have asked for a nicer man to do the installation for us. He did all of his work efficiently as well as doing a beautiful clean up job. Five stars for Dennis and Miguel too.
