Love my hairdresser. I only wish Smart Style was better to their beauticians. Why, during the last remodel, did they lower the wash stations sink. Now they are ruining their backs. The computer system really needs to be more user friendly. It also isn't right that the majority of the time there is only one beautician on duty. You might have 3 that work there, but the other 2 only work a couple days a week.
Dawn, the stylist, consistently takes great care of me and my hair! She's very knowledgeable and courteous, and I appreciate her! Her sparkling personality and customer service are wonderful!
Carmen is AMAZING! She is your go to if you want to amazing results. I’ve been seeing her for maybe a bit over a year and a half and she has done wonders with my hair. I have a natural dark hair and she safely gets me to the color I desire. She doesn’t over cut my hair with which is a major plus! Thank you for all your hard work Carmen!
