I would recommend Shane to anyone looking into buying/selling real estate! His professionalism, honesty, and diligence made the difference in completing the purchase with our house. Due to Shane's knowledge of the entire process including mortgages, he was even able to help us deal with some issues/challenges with our lender and come to a solution. He even volunteered to fix a couple of items the house needed that was not going to be handled by the seller to avoid the hassle of us trying to repair. With such an overwhelming task of buying a house, Shane navigated the experience in such a way that made it understandable and easy for my family and myself to complete.

We hire realtors to make things easier, right? Well, Shane sold our house in 3 days, for asking, and we barely had to lift a finger. Our closing wasn't easy either. We had to sell our house to buy our home and Shane gave me a lender recommendation who worked out the whole other side of the deal with similar ease. Sure, Shane is fun, a veteran, and the type of person you'd want as your neighbor, but the job is what mattered the most and it was as smooth as possible
