This is a fake "insurance" scam! They are not an insurance company but a group that "tries" to locate "cheap" services for their members. I pay nearly $200 a month for this scam, and they never cover the costs associated with your services. I was sent to collections for a procedure that they claimed was taken care of two years ago but now claim they denied coverage, and they never even told me they denied it. Two years later and I'm getting collection calls and letters for $1440.00. Ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful - great at assisting me and getting appointments and doctors set up for my parents with Medicare. Quickly set up appointments - we did not have to wait weeks.
I had two appointments with Susanne Topolosek, PA-C in the Surprise clinic. I was extremely impressed by my providers knowledge and her bedside manners. She asked me the crucial questions, ordered the important blood tests and prescribed the appropriate medication for my situation. I was seen on time, without any delay. It is worth mentioning that the clinic has the phlebotomist on-site who was extremely professional and helpful as well. I consider myself very lucky to have found this facility for my medical needs. I was new to Arizona and it was crucial to me to find a reliable clinic with the awesome staff.
