This is not a true touch less car wash. It uses the rotating foam brushes to wash your car, if that matters to you. They are usually in good shape and not raggedy like some other places. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the plate scanner (for member entrance) can be slow, but there is always someone who can manually enter your plate. If you like a very soapy wash, don't get the basic (or 'good') wash. I think you have to get at least the Lucky Duck. The wash itself is quick and generally thorough for what it is. Emma, Nate and Eddie are amazing. Every time I pull in, they’re super friendly, fast, and genuinely make the experience better. They go above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect and that I’m taken care of. My car has never looked so good, and their positive energy always makes my day.
