They are known for being kind, patient, and caring, especially with large, loud dogs and anxious pets. The staff is accommodating and ensures pet owners are well-informed about every step of treatment. Dr. Kim is particularly passionate about cats, doing everything possible to help them at home, including giving medications and eye drops, and providing training so owners can care for their pets confidently. She personally owns many cats and is involved in non-profit adoption, making it easy for families to adopt well-socialized cats. Many pet owners have been coming for years, trusting the team to treat their animals as if they were their own. Their dedication helps pets recover and thrive, making a positive impact on the lives of both animals and their owners.
Our 18 year old cat was struggling to go potty. First time we used Petsvet and were immediately given a same day appointment. All staff were super kind and sweet especially nice to our kitty! This place is awesome and the prices extremely reasonable. Very happy with this veterinary we will use them for our Preventative care for all our animals! Highly recommend!
My cat and I were treated extremely well at PETVETS. MY cat was promptly evaluated and diagnosed appropriately. We were connected with a local laboratory which prepared and mailed a prescription. She is now receiving medication for her ailment. I am so pleased with the whole experience.
Better than anticipated. My pet is usually pretty anxious coming in for a check up. Hannah was a great nurse/ host/ dog mommy. Made not only my pet feel at home but also the owner. She handled our dog very caringly. Dr Sarah Schroeder was very helpful. Great experience.
