I am faithful to PetSmart. This is a nice one. I used the restroom and it was clean. The shelves were well stocked. The store appeared to be clean. This one RANKS. I've been to many and this is one of the nicer ones.

I had brought my dog here a couple months back while we were experimenting with different places to get my dog groomed. We decided on Petsmart since it wasn't too far from my house. We booked an appointment with a groomer named Sarah. She seemed nice and polite over the phone but when we got into the store she was very rude and was unprofessional from the start. It almost seemed as though I was a burden for coming in to her work. The groom ended up turning out okay, but we will definitely be going elsewhere when my dog is ready for her next groom.

We take our pups here to be groomed by Hannah. She is friendly, polite and professional. My two dogs love her. Being an 8 month old shepherd mix and one year old heeler mix is a LOT sometimes, but Hannah is wonderful and clearly loves grooming, as in it is not just a job to her. The store is always clean and well staffed.
