Terrible experience! The woman we dealt with wouldn't even speak to us. She took our paperwork and that was it, no other conversation was made. She just looked at us like we were an inconvenience to her when we tried to talk.. The other women in there were NOT dressed professional. One girl had ripped jeans to the point there was no need for an imagination if you know what I mean.. Not appropriate for a "business office." When our taxes were finished they didn't give us any paperwork or our papers back. They said they would call us when it was finished??? We are NOT new to Liberty Tax and have never had this happen. When I went to pick up the papers they were so rude. As if I were bothering them for coming to pick up MY paperwork after they called and said it was ready. If that wasn't enough they put our account number in wrong so we didn't even receive our taxes until we fought with the bank not to send it back to the IRS. We called Liberty to ask WTF and they had the nerve to say I gave them the wrong account number??!!! She wouldn't even speak to us because she had everything she needed! What a joke this place is! The women that work here are not professional and have NO idea what they are doing. Unless it involves Facebook. You can't leave without them taking a picture to post to they're page. Save your time and energy and drive to the Liberty on 91st and Union Hills.
