Our old thermostat was acting up, often failing to maintain a consistent temperature, so we replaced it through a service visit that took about an hour and involved careful calibration by the technician. It's been several days now, and the new system has maintained a steady climate without any issues.
I was initially concerned about whether the preventive maintenance would uncover any major issues, but the technician thoroughly checked the system and only needed to replace a couple of filters, which he completed in about an hour. His explanation of potential future repairs was clear and made it easier for me to plan ahead.
The issue was a clogged drain line, which they cleared in about an hour with no further leaks since their visit. This was my second time using them, and both repairs have held up well over time.
