Got exactly the cut I did Not want this time.
Its really hit or miss if they cut my hair the way I want it
Took my son in for a “hard part fade”. After walking out of Great Clips we noticed it was more like a short fade so we went back to the stylist and asked if she could fix it. The other stylist that was there explained her reason for not cutting his hair the way we requested (basic fade). I told them I understood but we wanted the hard part due to my son having a bunch of “cowlicks” and not laying properly when styling his hair. The 2nd stylist rolled her eyes and said I guess I can fix it…. My son is 6 and didn’t need to experience the attitude as he was excited to get his hair cut as most young boys are. I’ve been coming to this great clips for about a year now and I have rarely ever been disappointed with the service! I recommend Rachele because she is an excellent stylist! Her performance and high regard for customer need is beyond reproach. She will always listen to exactly what you tell her (I say this as I have had issues in the past with miscommunication amongst many barbers before great clips) Additionally, she will even offer professional recommendations based on what fit your styling ambitions. In conclusion I love this store and all of its friendly and helpful staff! Keep up the good work!
