Went to Great Clips today in Surprise at Grand and Reems to get a haircut for my Mullett. I am very particular about my haircut and most people have difficulty getting it right when it comes to Mullets honestly. Jenna, at the Grand Marketplace Great Clips, had no problem at all and had the expertise and skill to give me what was close to the perfect Mullett cut! On top of that, she was very personable and friendly and was obviously customer service astute. She also pointed out to me that I was eligible for a discount on my haircut which I was not aware of. She went out of her way to make me feel valued, welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend Jenna and will request her only to do my haircuts in the future. Loved the service from her. She is simply the best I have experienced at a Great Clips!!!

Walked in late in the day and haircut by Staci was outstanding. Good enough to call a few days later and let her know that it was the best haircut I had had in years -- and to make sure I knew her schedule. Besides the excellent cut, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I intend to go back soon.

I got a great haircut today in Surprise at Grand and Reems after logging in very easily online, with no wait.Walk ins are fine too.Love that their website tells how how long your wait will be at the different locations, very convenient. They often have a coupon of some kind too.Recommend.
