Let me start out this review by saying that Daniel is a HERO! He deserves a Medal of Honor for the work he did on my car. I would leave a 1,000,000 star rating if I could. So my car was already really gross inside to begin with: years of dirt, grime, spills, dog hair and neglect- then my puppy got carsick and had a double end explosion inside. it was a nightmare. The interior was destroyed, I was ready to throw out my entire car. The mess was so bad I felt like my entire life was over. Daniel was able to fit me in for a major interior deep clean detail and basic exterior detail on short notice and very last minute, the same day I called him. Daniel with Exotic Detail was super responsive and came next day to detail my car and my wife's. His prices were reasonable and the quality of his work was great. I will definitely use his services again.

UPDATE: He reached out to me and explained there was a miscommunication and he apologized and we resolved the issue! I respect this business for reaching out and trying to resolve the issue! Originally had an appointment for March 20th for 12-2 didn't show up until a few minutes before 4. It started raining later that day and understandably he didn't finish and asked that he come back a few days later. He charged full price even tho the service was not completed. We rescheduled to have him come March 23rd for 3-4. No communication was sent and he also did not show up. The work he did do was good but did not come back to finish.
