The people here are very nice. The only issue I have is the structure in which they conduct the order of service. Maybe to help keep wait times down, designate a specific person to help people who are just picking up orders, rather than making them wait an hour for other customers who have to sit with technicians to place orders. Having a ‘Pick up Order’ line could help streamline the process…
Dr.Badria is just wonderful! She made my mom feel super comfortable. She was so kind and patient. Wish I could say the same about the girl who checked us in, seems like we caught her on a bad day :/ Dr was awesome tho & the other girl who took us for measurements/tests before seeing the Dr was sweet & outgoing.
Maria with the membership department really took care of us and made sure to break down our options but the thing that impressed us the most was her countenance, you can tell she has a great light about her. Grateful to have experienced that interaction, make sure she climbs your ranks because that's who you would want to represent the company! We are going to make a point when we return to look out for her.
