360 Physical Therapy - Surprise

The location and hours here were very convenient. My main therapist, Lexi, is very knowledgeable and kind, despite moving my therapy gently along when I was feeling lazy. From a major surgical problem, I was able to get my pain under control, my balance was restored, and my muscles reacquainted themselves with their jobs. My alternate therapist, Krys (?sp ), was equally competent and pleasant. I got better! Happy I was sent there. The whole team helped me win my independence again. Thanks!

I only went twice, due to some personal issues and other medical conditions I had to stop, but everyone there is very accommodating, I would recommend it to anyone looking for therapy,

Awhile back I experienced a pretty severe Left knee sprain, and my General Practitioner sent me to 360 Physical Therapy, for a 6-8 week rehab. I had the good fortune of getting assigned Lindsey Cambra as my PT therapist, what a little firecracker. I looked forward to our sessions twice a week, that were an hour long. Lindsey pushed me hard, but not to hard, after all, getting my knee back into shape, along with strengthening my legs, hips, and thighs was the overall goal. She had a perfect plan, and knew exactly what I needed.
