After much runaround I finally was referred to Jay at Sun City Computer Repair; my printer/router nightmare finally ended.

My Lenovo that I purchsed in January completely failed. Costco Concierge could not to locate the problem so they transferred me to Lenovo support. They informed my they were busy and would call me the next day. The next day they performed the same procedure that Costco did and said I would need to send it to them for repair. It would take 3 days to get the box to me and two to three weeks to repair and I would lose all my data.. When I voiced my disappointment Lenovo informed me I should have purchased their Premium Warranty. I took my Lenovo to Sun City Computer. Jay found the problem in 30 minutes . Fixed it in about 2 hours for a reasonable price and saved my data.
Jay is amazing...when you bring your computer in to have it repaired, upgraded, you tend to be hesitant on who you give it too. I was most impressed by his knowledge and explanation on issues on my level to understand. His communication skills to advise on status or issues was most comforting. His abilities exceeded my expectations. He is reasonable in pricing. Excellent service which I highly recommend him to all!
