I used the HBOT for the first time. There was some minor pressure on my ears that lasted for a few minutes as the chamber pressurized. Josh checked on me for the first 10 minutes. I noticed an increased energy that had continued until this AM. I slept well and feel a bit more alert. Overall, a positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience and felt so much better with infrared lighting. Josh is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend for muscle ailments and other ailments. Many different machines to improve life overall. I have tried infrared before and it improved tremendously and held from 14 years ago. So it is not a temporary healing.
