Optum Primary Care in Sun City receives excellent reviews. The care is described as compassionate, thorough, and non-judgmental, with providers who take time to explain everything clearly. The office staff is very kind and efficient, and calls are answered in a timely manner. The location is convenient with nearby bus stops. Patients report wonderful experiences and feel comfortable, as if talking to a friend. Telehealth visits are also noted as very useful. The practice is highly recommended by its patients.
Optum Primary Care has been my Doctor Office several years. Very happy with the Office Staff & the Doctors are all very caring ! I have seen Bhakta, Nicole & Chris. All work together to take care of your Medical needs.

I am happy to write this review. Chris is wondering, he is very compassionate, caring, and thorough. He sat with me and explained everything, asking me questions and listened. I referred my daughter to him and she also had a wonderful experience. The office staff is very kind. I honestly don’t fear going to the doctor as he is not judgmental but feels like you are talking to a friend. He actually looks at you when having a conversation. He turns his computer around while explaining your test results, so you understand everything. I 100% recommend him and this office.
