Excellent customer service ? never a bad experience here. I drive from Avondale just to get my nails done. Ask for Judy for a full set and Nina for pedicure. Make an appointment is highly recommended ?.

Stylist: I just had a pedicure from Kim, who came highly recommended by another client. I am not impressed. I came home and had to clean up polish left on toes and file a couple of nails due to uneven edges. I will not be returning and will get my pedicure and gel polished nails done at Attractive Nails in SoCal when visiting my daughter's?

Almost always this salon has a person available. I have been to other nail spas in the area who have much less staff snd as a result of this a much longer wait time for service. After being dissatisfied with these other salons I have become a regular at Bien.
