“First time there on a Thursday morning. No waiting. Juan greeted me and sat me down. He started a conversation with small talk and was very pleasant. He asked how he could cut my hair and asked several questions about fading, blocking length of cut and went to work. Between using scissors and clippers he delicately moved my head in different positions. After 30 minutes he completed cut. I was very happy with the cut and professional care.“
