Cesar and the entire DVM staff we had an encounter with were beyond amazing. Such a difficult day to lose a loved one and my phone call was answered right away and arrangements were made within a couple hours. A process I never wanted to experience, but Cesar helped us every step of the way and took care of everything. So grateful for them.

When Tata and Nana passed (back-to-back within less than 7 months) we reached out to Desert Valley Mortuary to take care of our loved ones and their services. We met with Cesar to go over the details. He was compassionate, caring, professional and helpful during our most vulnerable and difficult hours. He understood our needs and assisted us navigate through the many details associated with the services. His staff, particularly, Karla Moreno, were attentive, timely and proactive in managing the many details of both services. Cesar I’m beyond grateful ? for everything you helped our Family are truly blessed with how services turned out. It was by far the hardest goodbye I have ever experienced in my lifetime for my dearest brother Marcos Sanchez Alvarado but all your staff did an amazing job even the secretary was attentive and professional by answering all our questions o paperwork etc. He looked very handsome that came from designer who dressed him up thank you for whoever cleaned him up and our brother was in peace laying as if he was sound asleep and if you ask me a true Angel who deserves his wings ? in heaven and your staff giving him his last ride by the house meant so much to... read full review
