Got an estimate to repair/replace insulation in a crawl space. The tech came & did a good job with the repair. My only issue is the billing. I received a bill that was almost double what it should have been. The tech got here at 8am and left at 1pm stating he still had another job and had to go install a stove. When I called Bailey at US she said the tech worked from 6am until 4pm and that he didn't have a stove job that day. I don't know where he was or if he had a stove job or not, just what he told me. Bailey knocked $100.00 off the bill (2 hours labor) which is still a 2 - 3 hour overcharge, not happy with Bailey at all but will pay the bill.
