“I normally don't write reviews, but feel I need to now. We have used Quince and his Dad for over 20 years. They are honest, responsive, friendly, fair priced, and dependable. We just had a defective hose faucet start leaking on a Sunday after about 8 years. On Monday morning Quince was driving past my house on his way to another job when I called. He went out of his way to stop by our house first and fix our leak. The problem was from a defective manufacturer design that caused a pinhole in the copper pipe. Quince replaced the faucet and didn't charge me a penny. I have countless other examples where they have gone out of their way to be responsive, stood by their work or worked with us to cut costs. These guys are top notch. You don't find service like theirs very often any more.“
