Although this was an emergency call, he was actually ten minutes early to the promised time frame of noon to 2 pm. Cody was very efficient and explained everything that he was doing. Just like my last experience... fast, efficient and personable. I'll be having a toilet replaced in the future and C&H will be the contractor that I call.
