We are largely satisfied with our Sun Canyon home. However, there are a handful of things about the home with which we are quite dissatisfied. Here are two of those things. (1) Numerous chips and cracks have appeared in the concrete, mostly in the driveway, walkways, porch and garage. (2) The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are just paper over particle board and have sustained water damage after only a few years. Our advice is that you should ask for upgrades to both the concrete quality and the cabinet quality when having Sun Canyon build your home.

Sun Canyon Homes is extremely professional, and just as personable. They worked with my wife, Meagan, and I to build our dream home the way we wanted it, in a gorgeous location. It was a long time coming, working through 2020-2021’s Covid world but we are finally Home!

We highly recommend Sun Canyon Homes. We recently purchased a new build from them and we are very happy with our new home! Every interaction with Ivan and Carol has been positive—they are friendly, professional, and it’s obvious they care about the quality of their product. We were even able to customize many aspects of our house based on their expert design knowledge. Our utility bills have been low because of their focus on energy efficiency.
