From our easy going consultation with Kevin to our installers, Justin and Charles.
Justin and Charles were both very professional, efficient, prompt, respectful (to us and our home) and tidy/clean.
I've been shopping walk-in tubs for a couple of years. After having Kevin come to my home and walk me through what to expect in demolition and reconstruction I made the decision to go ahead with the tub and added a new toilet and hot water heater.( The last two I received environmental rebates for updating.)
It was Charles Caldwell and Justin Riggs who did the yeoman's work of dismantling and removing my built-in shower. Then they did the meticulous work of putting in the tub, toilet and complicated surround.

Sierra Remodeling just finished my master bathroom remodel. I have been wanting to remove the small shower and replace it with open shelving, and I also wanted to take out the unused garden tub and convert it into a walk-in shower. Let me tell you something: if you are looking for a cheap remodeling company, Sierra Remodeling is not for you. However, if you want a job done to perfection with top-of-the-line materials, you will want to use them.
