We are first time customers and we were thoroughly impressed. We went on a Saturday at 3pm for a pedi & eye brow wax. They weren't too busy, a little over half full. The place is nice and not too pungent. You know when you walk into some nail places and that powerful chemical smell hits you? This place didn't really have that which is really nice. We only had to wait about ten minutes and they were very apologetic and we kept saying to them that it's all right; no worries. It had been years since our last pedi's and we had a blast.
