Dr Patel has been my Dr since I was 18 years old. I'm 52 and he's still my Dr to this day. Best Dr to ever have. The times may be long because he doesn't just take 5 minutes to treat you and send you on your way, he's a doctor that cares about his patients and want the best for them. I lost my insurance for a while and he still treated me when I really got sick, he didn't break my pockets care is what he wants for you... the best care.

doris e. mccraney...dr. s. patel as a doctor is very caring person to all his patients, he took care of all my medical illments from a to z. i had alot wrong with me, he really truly cares for his patients. he will take the time to listen and understanding them (he is very human) 2 the fullest to give us the treatment that is needed at the time for us. always answers our questions!! and will look for the answer 4 us in a timely manor..he is/or was 2 me a god send!!!!!! i had 2 move 2 faraway from him....i miss him everyday and his staff!!!!!!!! i doris e. mccraney compare all doctors by dr s. patels standard!!!!!!!!! i live in virginia now, is not the same "o" no!!! miss s.v. az 85635 god bless dr. s patel & staff on wilcox dr. s.v. az love you guys always

This doctor is one of the very best! Being a healthcare provider myself, I know a great doctor. I've been with Dr. Santsaran Patel since 1992, and I will not change. It is too bad that people leave bad reviews for doctors that are not based on the care provided, but on experiences with office staff and long phone waits. There are times that we've had to leave messages and wait for replies. There are times that the pharmacies claim they haven't received prescription information - that tends to be an excuse used by pharmacies to keep patients happy rather than to admit that they have not filled prescriptions. I don't mind waiting for the best. In an emergency and with illness, I'd rather be a little frustrated with staff and phone and receive the best care available. This man is truly a healer!
