First West Properties Corporation is a reputable property management company that provides excellent service to its clients. The company's leasing process is smooth and efficient, with responsive agents who are willing to answer questions and provide solutions as needed. The management team is proactive in addressing any issues that may arise, and they are understanding when mistakes are made. They worked with clients on the lease and ensured all maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. Clients have been happy with their service, with one noting they were the best for the 3 years they rented with them and couldn’t have been happier. While some owners of the rentals may not keep them maintained, First West Properties is an outstanding company that clients will continue to use their services in the future should they need to find another home.
First West - Residential Rental PM was the best for the 3 yrs I rented with them. Couldn’t have been happier with their service.
Not quite as happy with the owners of the rentals ($1500-$1800) for not wanting to keep maintained. Bad windows, fixtures, etc. But I haven’t rented anything prior in decades so it could be my expectations for the price.
Outstanding company. Really... they worked with me and my sister on the lease (rent amount etc) they ensured all maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and they were very personable. . I will continue to use their services in the future should we need to find another home.
Kimberly Sullivan with First West Properties was my realtor for buying my first home. She did an amazing job from the first day, to the last. She helped set up a search for houses that fit my needs and was constantly working to make sure I was able to find the right home for my family. If she wasn’t showing us a property, she was writing emails and making phone calls on my behalf. She explained every step of the process thoroughly and clearly demonstrated her knowledge of the market. Her insight into local trends and specifics of the area, such as good schools and safe neighborhoods to buy in were invaluable.
