Failed to deliver my package 3x in a row:-4 stars for failing to deliver my package 3x in a row, even after I called the headquarters twice to ensure they had my correct address, phone number, and exact directions to my neighborhood (it's a new subdivision) from the highway.+1 star (5-4+1 = 2 stars) because they called me at the end of the day after the 3rd failure and I was at least able to go pick it up myself.The problem appears to be due to software tech debt: semi-broken software doing things which cause my package to keep getting on the wrong truck destined for the wrong address.
I was very grateful for Alma that works at Fed Ex at 4400 Industry drive. Sierra Vista.She was very helpful and got my package delivered to me! I would give her a 10 !!I called 800 number and they were not to helpful!! All I got was run around!!
