I did not like waiting at a locked gate in the parking lot for a clerk to get my package in the extremely hot sun. I did not feel like a customer, I felt nothing more than a dollar sign.
Why is it a continuous battle with you guys. Has comprehension left your minds. Leaving a package in the foyer of our building, is not leaving it at the door. Foyer is open to anyone and not safe to leave there. I have called numerously about this. They get stolen from the foyer and even inside lobby. My orders have a delivery msg to leave packages at my physical door, not the lobby or foyer.
What is wrong with you people. Porch thieves are at a all-time high.

Failed to deliver my package 3x in a row:-4 stars for failing to deliver my package 3x in a row, even after I called the headquarters twice to ensure they had my correct address, phone number, and exact directions to my neighborhood (it's a new subdivision) from the highway.+1 star (5-4+1 = 2 stars) because they called me at the end of the day after the 3rd failure and I was at least able to go pick it up myself.The problem appears to be due to software tech debt: semi-broken software doing things which cause my package to keep getting on the wrong truck destined for the wrong address.
