Incredibly efficient check-in with friendly staff. The PA and nurse were fantastic and friendly. PA Kleinman took her time explaining what was gong to happen, the effects of treatment and how/what to do for after care.
It was easy to find and they kept the appointment time as it was scheduled which as you know in any doctor's office is almost unheard of. The one who treated me was very good at explaining the procedure and prepared me for what the biopsy would feel like and how long everything would take.
