I can't say enough how amazing my organization has been treated by the owner and her husband.
We had a patch place nightmare at our last patch place, as after 7 years of working with them, they wouldn't give us our files, colors used or anything without paying $1k plus for a buyout as they didn't want us to take our business elsewhere.
Following this the owner and her husband at Designs by Louise spent hours with us redigitizing all our stuff, measuring everything, literally replicating everything. It has been a great experience. To say the least. 10/10 recommend.
Excellent service. I called and got told to come on in, I went expecting to drop of my vest and patch but Mark did all the prep and setup to ensure that I was happy with where it was and took it to his trailer and knocked it out. 30 minutes and $5. Awesome job.
Mark and Connie are great people friendly and caring can do just about anything and give lot to our community even though Connie has not been doing well with her health issues if you need leathers or riding gear patches whatever that got you covered
