“I started my clear aligners recently. Dr Hales and his team made the process very easy, I went in for only two appointments and was able to start my ortho a few weeks later. They are very attentive and easy to work with. Super nice!”

“Excellent service, and prompt appointment scheduling! I took off one star because the Spanish staff spoke to one another in my room in
Spanish...
Please encourage staff to speak in 'English when in an English speaking patient is in the chair?
Thanks!
PS I forgot to thank all of the staff for bringing a wheelchair ♿ for me Iwas struggling with my cane following my knee replacement surgery- They were so kind 😇
☆ Add a half star for them!
PPS Could you get music (oldies station?) Instead of TV? The TV station is distracting--mine was on cartoons with loud sound effects--again, thanks 😊”
