“In September 2025 I had a leak. Rick came out and replaced the Spicket as well as all the other hose bibs around the house. A few months later here in January 2026 one of those repairs broke during the cold weather. I talked to Nate and even though damages caused by weather were not necessarily included in the one-year warranty, he agreed to cover the $290 and I was not required to pay for the repairs. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and will continue to contact Struse Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. These guys are true professionals and a solid business that provides outstanding service and support.“
