The only frustrating thing was that we had to continue to reach out to them to keep our home on their radar in order for our job to get started. Once they started the job they were reliable and proficient. The two guys who worked on our house were kind, respectful and professional. The repairs they did on our roof and the ceilings were done impeccably! You can't even see the seam on the ceiling from where they had to patch the drywall. The office staff were also kind, professional, and quick to respond with everything I needed for the insurance company. They are a bit expensive but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and Perrill is worth the money!“
