Yesterday my daughter and I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Carlos. This was our first time going into Black Rose. We were treated very well and Carlos made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. We made last minute changes and without too much detailed explanation, Carlos was spot on with the design of our tattoos. He is very experienced and professional. He engaged us with wonderful conversation and made us feel at home. He is a good soul and extremely talented!
