Artistic Roofing Systems

Artistic Roofing Systems is a company that provides roofing services, including roof leaks, tile roof leaks, fascia repairs, valley repairs and cleanups, reroofing, gutters, and patio extensions. Customers describe the team as amazing, efficient, keen to detail, courteous, professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. One customer appreciated daily updates about the work and what still needed to be done. Another customer called five roofing companies, and Artistic Roofing responded and accessed the problem. The customer was patient for a few weeks because they were busy, and they showed up and addressed the tile roof leak. The leak continued because chasing down a roof leak can sometimes be difficult, but they came back out immediately and the leak was resolved. They assured the customer it would be resolved, which they did. Customers felt confident for liability concerns that the repairs were conducted by a professionally, contracted, licensed and insured company. One customer said service, workmanship, and professionalism was second to none, and a site lead was amazing and truly represents Artistic Roofing well, more than willing to answer questions and explain methods and reasons. Customers were impressed with workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, a fair price that matched the upfront estimate, and the fact the worksite was left clean at the end of each work day. One customer said Artistic Roofing did a great job roofing the whole house, had a minor leak after the job was done, and they were there the same day to fix it. Another customer was impressed with the entire team who extended a patio, reroofed, and added bigger gutters, and ensured the quality standards that were promised. One customer interviewed three roofing contractors, liked the interaction and information, had fascia repairs and valley repairs/cleanups done, and said they did a very good job, nice guys too, and a reasonable estimate, but mentioned a missed call-back they promised and the need to contact them a couple of times to get the work scheduled, but in the end was happy with the result and price.
