I called American Septic yesterday to pump my tank. They scheduled me in for today and they showed up right on time. It was the owner and his son. They not only told me the condition of my system, but they also showed me and told me how to keep it maintained and the things I will have to do in the future. They did not try to scare me into getting services, which is very refreshing in today's world. They were very professional, and the price was less than I expected. I will definitely be using them from now on.

From the moment I called, this company was very professional. I requested to have my septic located and cleaned. Jesus came out and located our septic, cleaned it, and then installed risers. He was very knowledgeable and even came prepared with all the information about my particular septic system. I highly recommend this company.
