Horrible customer service & I haven't even been seen as a patient yet! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE & being kind is free. Shame on you!!! Stay tuned & will keep you updated!!
Today Dr. Carter & Daisy made up for the truly unprofessionalism shown via phone convo yesterday by the RUDE receptionist. I highly suggest video chats & ignore the front staff!!
Update on 1/29/25:
I have had three appointments with Charles Carter, MD. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED! All he did was piggy back off what my hemotologist said. Did not help with my kidney issue at all. Worse doctor I've seen in a long time!
