We had a great team - Joe, Samson and PayPal - who installed our new heat pump and wifi thermostat. They took the time to get things right and made sure I could connect to the thermostat with my phone.

Great customer service. When I called in, a real person actually answered the phone, was very pleasant and informed me that I would have a technician there the same afternoon. I got a phone call/text 20 minutes prior to arrival time. Austin quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly had the heat/ac pack fixed. A great company to work with. 5 Stars *****
