Woke up on a Saturday morning and noticed that the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly. I called White Mountain Heating and Cooling and they connected me with their technician Jase. He told me he would be at the house at 11:30 AM. Jase Showed up promptly and got to work. He explained everything clearly and was able to restore my unit to 100%! I highly recommend both White Mountain Heating and Cooling Jase!
Jase came out for my Mom after the A/C had stopped working at her home. He arrived on time, explained what was wrong to her and then again to me on the phone. Jase took his time explaining the issue, what he believed would fix it, and what the cost would be. He said he would continue to look and update us on anything else as he continued to look over the A/C. The solution ended up being as he described, and he made the repair quickly. Jase also serviced the A/C and it’s running very well again! The cost was very reasonable and my Mom was happy. Thank you again to Jase and White Mountain Heating & Cooling!
We rented an Airbnb the AC was not working and I have a two month old son so we needed help asap Jase came out and got us taken care of was super through and extremely nice and professional, whatever you are paying this guy is not enough get him a raise!
