The day the job was scheduled the tech Woody called ahead and arrived about an hour later in the morning. He and Brian went to work in the Attic at what would become one of the hottest days of the year. Both men were very congenial, knowledgeable, and very polite. The job lasted till dusk but they insured me they weren't leaving until I had an operating system.
