“Oh my gosh, where to start? We booked a cabin in Pinetop for 5 nights and brought our dog and 2 cats. Our one cat Max knows how to open certain door handles, and of course the place we stayed had those exact handles! We knew that if we left, there was nothing to prevent him from letting everyone out! I called Biscuits after their normal business hours that night and Karen answered the phone. She said she had an an available room and we could drop our kitties off first thing the next morning. We duck taped the handle of the door so it couldn’t be opened and went to bed. The cats were spun up and kept us up all night running around and over the top of us while in bed! The next morning, we took them to Karen. What a saint!! She was so nice and assured us that our cats would be well taken care of! The next day we got multiple pictures of them and our shy cat Trixie was sitting on Karen’s lap! Karen was actually sitting on the floor in their room and giving them love and attention. ❤️ We continued to get updates which put our mind at ease and saved our trip. I cannot thank Karen enough!! The facility is clean, and has multiple safety measures in place to prevent any resourceful animals from escaping. Thank you again for saving our trip!! We appreciate you so much!“
“We are so excited that our daughter turned us on to Mutts N More!! They are fantastic!! Everyone there is as nice as can be and they do a wonderful job on our Mini-Schnauzer. This time we had her hair cut very short and it turned out great!! Plus their prices aren't bad at all!“

“Many years ago I got one of my dogs from her that owned it. Laurie was her name.. when I stop by talked to some guy that was there and told him my story and he's quite nice. I hope they do well. My friend used to have like miniature horses and little Billy goats along with standard poodles and mini Austrian shepherds. That's where I got my Aussie from“
