Good mood, professional and prepared for what he came for. We discussed our issues, then he explained the process. He throughly checked everything he needed to so he could collect enough information for our estimate. Then we discussed options for removal. He is a fantastic person. So easy to talk to. He explained any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable about bats and bat removal. We are now waiting for our estimate, but we are pretty confident in his knowledge and will no doubt move forward. Follow up on work to come!“
