This office is amazing. The staff is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner,
I work for a company on the mountain that deals with most of the physicians up here. Some offices are pretty good about sending over paperwork that is complete, follows insurance guidelines, and done quickly. Other offices not so much. This office is well versed in making sure all the documents are faxed over correctly and they’re staying on top of patient needs.
Since they’ve been so great, I now have Gina Silveira as my PCP. There was a day I was so sick I couldn’t get out of bed, within a cpl hours they had nausea meds called into my pharmacy to get me back to work.

Today I was at North country dental to get a tooth extraction and I have to say they have a great team. Everyone was very considerate of the patient they walked threw the whole process with me it was nice. Thank you!! Appreciate everyone 🙏!! Will definitely go back

The staff are personable and helpful. Their follow through on a referral for diagnostic testing at Summit Radiology has been less than great, but once I made several calls to get the issue resolved (incorrect coding), the appointment was finally made. It took 27 days from time of exam to actually getting in for a diagnostic test which is less than desirable imo. We need to be our own advocates! That said, I added a star after my first review because my PA responded when she was notified of the error, (even though it took more than 2 weeks longer to get in based on what she told me at my initial exam).
