I had issues with access to the car wash with a membership and was told I no longer had a membership. A couple months later I discovered I still had a membership and had been getting charged. There were some problems along the way with getting this resolved and we both had faults in how the situation was handled, but the manager Abel escalated the situation. The business has made it right and I'm so appreciative of that. They do have the best car wash on the mountain and the best vacuums so I'm happy to have this resolved and be able to continue using them in the future. Thank you Joyride Express! :)
I pay the $19.99 per month membership. The car gets kind of clean, the wheels never get clean I have to do them at home. The gate is tricky you have to go up to it really close and then back up a little bit and it'll open.
The best place in town thanks to the employees. Caleb is amazing. Makes sure everyone is satisfied after their wash and goes out of his way to accommodate. I travel alot, but Show Low is my home. I always come back here to clean up thanks to Caleb and the staff, this is my only go to wash. If it wasn't for the employees, I'd be going to the car wash closer to my house.
