“Monica did exactly what I wanted in a way that suited my face. I loved coming here to get my cut. I’m one of those who’s really picky about people touching my hair, and care a lot about the details. Have had terrible experiences with bad cuts before and was nervous. Monica made it comfortable to preplan and discuss what I wanted. I showed her pictures and different versions of the cut I wanted and she customized it to suit my facial shape and personal lifestyle. She made sure to warn me about the maintenance involved with my choice in a way that made me feel considered, even though she made it easy for me to maintain lol. She was very thoughtful and prepared in advance for our appointment. She takes her time with each individual client to ensure she delivers the best results so her clients can leave happy. So even if you have to wait, you know its more about the quality rather than quantity. Hair does grow back, but that doesn't mean anyone enjoys growing out a disappointing haircut.
