And here’s something I’ve never experienced with any dental office: about a month after my surgery, I received a $3,000 refund because the procedure didn’t cost as much as originally quoted. Has anyone ever had that happen before? This office is honest, ethical, and exceptional in every way.
I was originally scheduled for an extraction on Jan. 7 but last week one of my teeth broke off at the gum line! AZ Max was able to reschedule me for this week and Dr. Fluckiger removed the molar and the broken tooth at the same time. He and his staff were excellent. I was fully informed of what they would do and how I should manage my post-surgery care. Everything went very smoothly and one day after surgery I have no problems. I highly recommend AZ Max and especially Dr. Fluckiger.
